I am currently a freshman Biology major at a university, and I am considering becoming a doctor. However, I find public health very intriguing because I want to be involved at the international level, especially with US-Chinese relations. Although this is quite superficial, I would like to ask how much financial success with one of these jobs offer? So far, the highest I have seen is about $100,000 a year. Are there any famous people in the Public health arena? Also, I am interested in business. Does public health carry a business component? Do public health majors ever start their own companies?

Thanks.

My grandfather used this saying all the time when I was a kid, and I still hear people using this phrase, usually as 'What the sam hill is going on here?' or 'What the sam hill do you think you are doing?' I have always been curious where this phrase came from.

I am fluent in English, but this has been puzzling me lately.

I'll use examples of how I'd phrase it, which are obviously all wrong.

"Sarah and I's project."
"Sarah and mines project."

Those both sound wrong, how would you phrase that?

Thanks!

I believe her name was Lisa. She fell head-first and kept slipping deeper and deeper as they tried to rescue her. Lots of large machinery was brought in as they dug down beside the well. When they finally reached her, she was dead. This incident happened 40-55 years ago.

do you think it is mandatory that a college president (like at Harvard, Boston College, etc) needs to have a phd or equivelant degree? What are your reasons?

Could someone without a degree do just as good of a job as someone with a degree?

Would it be Walmart © 1962? Is that proper form?
Or do you even place a space between the title and the symbol?
As in Walmart© 1962

Note: Walmart is only an example and this entire question is theoretical.

3.85 GPA in paralegal diploma program at NYU
will have a little more than 2yrs. experience with one of the largest corporate law firms in the world.
