Grammar question: How do you label a title as copywrited? Would it be like: Walmart© 1962?

Would it be Walmart © 1962? Is that proper form?
Or do you even place a space between the title and the symbol?
As in Walmart© 1962

Note: Walmart is only an example and this entire question is theoretical.

Put the copyright symbol first.
