Mkay.So school season is just around the corner.Recent problems w/the local highschool have caused us to search for other options for my schooling next year.
I have a feeling my mom may look into this thing called No Schooling.And,lol from the sound of it i already like it.
But just wondering if any of ya have heard of it,and if yes-what do you think?

My mom is worried about me that I won't get into a good college and will just attend a community college EVEN THOUGH I am in 9th grade, have a 3.8 GPA, play football and track, do extracurricual activities, do a lot of community service. SO CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE TOP TEN COLLEGES??

Please tell me your thoughts if your were homeschooled as a teenager. My 14 year old has ADHD and the teachers have him targeted as a bad kid and immediately send him to the office for everything. They have even yelled at him for stuff that happened in their classes and he wasn't even there that day! Anyway, we are thinking about homeschooling and/or unschooling next year (8th grade) but would really like to hear from other homeschoolers if they liked it or would have rather have been in school. He is worried that he'll miss his friends to much, but I am worried that the school will expell him. Any recommendations, please tell me :)

I can't stop feeling homesick, even though I am at 'home' right now. But this isn't where I feel at home. I believe that my real home is in Scotland, where my Dad lived before moving to Oz. I've been there several times and I miss it so much. I feel so depressed and alone living in this tiny country town and want to move to the UK when I finish school. I am so sure about this, but don't want to hurt my Dad. I am in my final year of school, but am finding it difficult to concentrate on my work because I feel so alone. I am definately going to go back to the UK next year for a gap year before university, but how can I tell my dad I want to go to university in the UK? I just feel that there is nothing for me in Australia.

Im tring to go back to school after more than 10 years of not going. I never did graduate high school but I did get my GED. I have no idea if I took ACTs, SATs or anything like that.
