Education & Reference - 16 April 2007

Hi, recently in upstate new york there was alot of rain and snow. My school was closed today because of the bad roads, and I just found out that parts of our school is flooded. I was wondering, does anyone no if they can send us to school when parts of the hallways and classroms are flooded? Will they send us and jsut keep us away from that area? Or will we not go at all?

It's a piano class. I am not good at piano whatsoever, and I pretty much got stuck in the class. This class is an hr and a half long, and I don't know anyone in it. All we do is PRACTICE the whole time, which gets boring. I have no intrest in learning piano at all. How can I make this class go by faster?

I was speaking with my guidence consoler today about going to a big college,she said i would have to complete 2 years at a community college first because i only have a 2.85 gpa and i need a 3.5 and have flying colors on my sat to be accepted by one.

Or, how can we help keep our kids safe at school? I think all classrooms should have locks on the inside, so a teacher can close and lock the door, and they need to have a panic button and an intercom available. My mom is a teacher, and she says she cannot even close and lock her classroom door from the inside.
