well there are a few ways . .
1. You could type the answers on the computer and put it in the smallest font thats readable.. then put the paper with the answers either in a sleeve, under your test, or on your lap.
2. you could write a few answers on the edge of your desk with pencil... then erase when teachers not looking after test.
3. this sometimes works but if you have a worksheet with some answers lay in on the ground next to your desk. && just hope she never walks by..
The #1 rule of cheating is DO NOT write the answers on your hand . . if they think you cheated you can't lie because your hand has the truth written all over it
But uhh cheatings really not that good haha. Good Luck

I can give you a few stupid ways to cheat on a test that have resulted in my students getting caught.
1. When you have finished with your test, trade papers with your friend who didn't study and work out his test, too. (Doesn't work if the teacher knows your handwriting, or comes by and sees the wrong name on the test paper-kind of obvious that it's cheating)
2. Copy off of someone without checking that they have the same version of the test. (Right answers to the wrong version are a dead giveaway!)
3. (My personal favorite) During the final exam, announce to the whole class "That answer key on your desk is a fake. I know because I looked at it and I looked at the papers of the smart kids and they got different answers than you."
Sorry, I'm not going to give you any GOOD ways to cheat because you really shouldn't cheat. Studying is better. I have found that trying to write the information you would put on a "cheat sheet" on an index card (so you have to write really small) helps you decide what information is most important and you remember it better, so there's a study tip.

I had a high school friend who was very farsighted. When there was a test he would look over at other's papers who were several desks away. The teacher always thought he was staring into space thinking about answers, never realizing that he was reading answers at that distance.

get a pair of eye glasses and write the answers on the inside of them. When people look at you, they won't see the answers. like when you have tented windows you can see out, but not in.
