We are having a contest at work and the question is

At what sporting event was Gumby turned away?

I'm thinking Gumby could be a real person's nickname like a coach or a player or even an image of the actual character. But I'm completely stumped.

Gumby was a green clay like figure that was popular in the 80's. He had a orange clay horse named Pokey..... I am not sure what the answer is, but maybe this little bit of info will help you solve it! Sorry

I'd say basketball. He's all stretchy like, they'd be nuts not to turn him away. (I tried looking for the answer online, but it pulled up nothing). Good luck.

I am to, for, technically, he could be turned away from EVERY sporting event.

Wait, as player or spectator?

I'm thinking he wouldn't be much help at Tug-o-war, would he?
