If you don't like your school uniform, how about going about it a different way. Make a written poll and hand it out to the students in your school. Write a note at the top stating that you want to request a uniform design change for the following year, have students state either 'yes' or 'no' for the change and if the majority states yes, hand it in to your headmaster or headmistress after it is done. You never know, you might just succeed.

Tank of gasoline
One lighter
A huge fire-proof tub of some sort.
Make sure you're not in a state where burning something is illegal (or temporarily so due to a drought)
Do not let the gasoline have a chance to evaporate (since the fumes are also combustible). If you did, you'd have a mid-air fire ball to deal with.

why would you do that
why not sell it on ebay or donate it to a charity
there are people out there that cant afford a new school uniform and would pay to get yours

AT the end of the year pour gas on them then throw a match on them and watch.
