Do any of you know of any breakthroughs or success stories concerning dyslexics who have found a way to recognize words and sentences that made them think "Aha!" or "Eureka!"? My nephew suffers from this but is otherwise very bright. I look for new findings now and then. Thanks a lot for any help.

im in a college level english class and we have a 3 page essay due tmrw. im used to doing these things at the last minute but i just wanted some help on what i could do. heres what i need for my essay:

3 page critical analysis of a character, characters, or theme in one of these primary sources; "The Odyssey", "Oedipus the King", "The Bhagavad-Gita", "Matthew and Luke", "The Koran", or chinese poetry of Li Po. I have to find a critical article for quotations or paraphrases, and i can use the actual text for my actual details.

i just need to know where i can find some of this information. if anyone could help me in any way that would be great!

selectivity and location is very important for me. i really want to go to a competitive school in the city (urban setting a must) and study mass communications or business marketing - planning on a job in a PR firm

schools i'm considering:
- american university
- washington and lee
- northwestern university
- georgetown university
- new york university

the stats:
- cumulative gpa (weighted) of 3.8
- SAT scores: 800M, 760V, 710W
- SAT II scores: 790 Korean, 650 US History
- AP's: scored a 3 on US History
- PSAT's: 80M, 62V, 70W, 99th percentile still waiting to hear about semifinalist results
currently taking AP European History and AP Statistics, scheduled to take exams in May
- Extracurriculars: orchestra, interact club, student government, CBTV (a district cable channel), lacrosse team, national honor society, spanish honor society
- Other: worked as teacher's assistant (TA) at a local korean school on saturdays for a year, attended LeadAmerica, two previous jobs

Well i am currently writing a pharmacy paper for my history of pharmacy class and need a little help with the citations. The teacher says that the sources need to be from magazines/books and not online. although, he says that if they are found online, you can cite them as a magazine(for example most magazines have past magazine articles online).

My question is how would i do in text citations in is MLA and ALA with/without an author? The reason i ask is because a lot of the aritcles i found did't state who the authors were.

The freshman class is desperate for funds, so they decided to have a fundraiser. They decided to make containers out of poster board and masking tape, and they will sell popcorn and their containers. I need to find the largest volume to make the container. Each container is made out of 91x61cm of poster board. And I need to calculate the cost for each container of popcorn if the cost of the popcorn is $0.000006/cm.
The way I am going to solve this problem is multiplying 91 and 61 that will give the area of the poster board. Then I will take that number and divide it by 5 because there are 5 sides. And find the square root of that number and then I got my dimensions for each side. That was my successful method. (My only method)
I am confident that my answer is correct because I used the formula to find volume. And I know that this answer is correct because I checked it.
