i need an idea for a science project, it needs to be on paper or powerpoint, and i need to present it to my class, any ideas?

Don't know if this may be too "over the top" for you, because you don't say what grade you are in...
If you know someone who has a synthesizer and can hook it up to your computer. Using a microphone, you can show, in color, your speech pattern, and how it is unique to you. You can get volunteers, to speak into the mike and the class can see the differences in pitch, etc. attributed by the height of the graphing and also the color banding.....

use barriers of like mesh and acids to try to stop bacteria from crossing a petri dish the graph it and therer is an impressive amout of data where you can really impress your teacher without much work :)
