Pre-Med undergradute (Bachelor of Science Degree), Master's Degree in Medicine, Medical school (Doctor of Medicine degree), residency program in pediatrics. Further coursework in pediatrics specialty. If you haven't gone to college at all yet, your looking at 8-10 years. at least.

You need all the qualifications for 'PRE-MED", then you need become a doctor of medicine, internist, and then a 3 year training as resident in Paediatrics.
