University of Southern California...I just got accepted after apllying there! It's just that I am not sure what I'm going to do, as I have yet to hear from 5 other colleges...NYU being one of the 5. Is it likely that my best friend can still get in, though it's already about 9 of us from my school who have been accepted as of last week?? Are you enjoying/have enjoyed your experiences here?? My daughter is entering high school this fall.
She wants to take either journalism or orchestra in high school.
Her other elective is Spanish II.

She is already in an orchestra outside of school but she wants to join the school orchestra because they win many state wide competitions.

She doesn't know if journalism is too hard.
She says that she would rather take journalism but she says that she hears many stories from her older friends that journalism is very hard to get good grades in.

Do you know anything about journalism in high school?
Is it very hard to get an A in?
Is there a lot of homework?
Any comments will help.

My friend let me borrow her history notes and I can't read this word. She doesn't have a phone so I can't call her.
Its about the Bay of Pigs.
When? April 17,1961
Where: Cuba (can't read this word it looks like un bland) about 90 miles off the Florida Coast.
If anyone has any guesses please tell me.
I don't need to know any information but I guess thats fine if you tell me but I just need help reading that word.

in the end, does chem or bio help more for a doctor? im in a sticky situation here choosing my classes for next year and i can do ap bio and ap chem but then i dont want to do both becuase i want to take ap us history. so which one is more usesful for doctor ? im good at both but i like bio more. im good at math so chem is okay for me too but sometimes it makes my head hurt but its fine.
