Stanford, Berkeley, Cal Tech are the top 3. Harvey Mudd is right there too. Maybe just under.

Then UCLA, USC, and the other two Pomona colleges (Pomona and Claremont McKenna).

All of the UC's are pretty good but this really depends on what your going to school for. Some have better programs for certain majors then others.
