How do I get a A on my next math test so I don't fail?

I'm in the 11th grade and my next math test is March 25th and if I fail the test I get held back and don't get to go to PROM!!!!!!
HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would go to you teacher and ask for help. Make sure you know what your asking for help on, teachers don't respond well to general statements like "I don't get any of this." If you really don't understand, just look at your notes or book and pick one thing at a time to ask about. That way you wont be overwhelmed. Also request a tutor, or even have a classmate explain problems. Sometimes if someone else besides the teacher explains it to you, it might make more sense. If you do take the time to study and ask for help, I'm almost certain you wont fail the exam. Good Luck

FIRST OF ALL, DON'T SAY "I'M GONNA FAIL"! THAT WILL JINX U UP AND U KNOW WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN. U SHOULD GO TO THE TEACHER AND ASK ABOUT WHAT WILL BE ON THE TEST. IF U GET AN 'F' DON'T FREAK, JUST ASK IF U COULD RE-TAKE THE TEST AND GIVE A REASON WHY!

ask your teacher if you can have the chance to retake it if you get a bad grade b/c it's really important to you to do good on this test. make it seem like you really care but don't tell her that it's only for prom.

Go talk to your teacher and ask him or her specifically what will be on the test so you can study that type of stuff. Just study hard!
