I'm guessing bio because it is actually about living things.

For medicine students usually tend to take chem and bio but physics and other science related majors work just as well. I woudl suggest studying something that will give you and edge when you apply for med school or at least a job that you could earn good money doing if you decide to postpone graduate studies. In my case I studied mechanical engineering and am currenlty pursuing grad studies in medical engineering. As long as you take the basic requirements your med school needs in order to accept you you should be fine. In med school you will get the training you need to succeed which doesn't even compare to undergrad classes. Either way chem and bio are both requisits for medicine and unless your bachelors institution uses the ap credits as a means to not take the course again, you will probably be forced to take the classes again.

Since "AP" means you're in high school, I'll work with that assumption.
OK, in reality, what classes you take in high school don't have to correlate to what you want to major in. Either bio or chem would be good because if you have a stronger foundation you'll do better in college level science. But when you apply for college, it won't matter which one you took in high school, it'll just matter what grades you got. If you do well in both, I would suggest taking AP chem because, believe it or not, a strong foundation in chemistry will help you in college level biology more than doing well in high school biology will.

Taking a AP class in Biology and Chemistry at the same time WILL kill you! (lol). Since you think you'll do well in both courses, why don't you take AP Biology for your 11th grade year, and AP Chemistry for your 12th grade year. Then take that AP US History class with one of your Science classes.
Good Luck & I hope you make it to Med School!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since you say "AP" I assume you are in high school. My suggestion to you is to pursue your own interests and prepare for college in general, and focus less on final career goals. Admission to medical school will likely require several years of college chemistry and a broad range of biological courses, so for you right now either option is good. If you are interested in medicine, you might find AP biology more enjoyable, as you may study basic human biology in this course. However, in general, forcing yourself to study difficult (headache-causing) subjects in high school is better than putting if off, because a solid background will reduce headaches in the future... Either option is good. I would choose based on quality of the teacher, likelihood of scoring well on the exam, and other external criteria.

If you are considering an upper level biology course then look to see what topics will be covered. If the focus is zoology or biochemistry or something related to human biology then I would say go that route. If it is going to focus on botany then I would recommend the chemistry.
