"I just can't understand this guy. He says we should see him when we have trouble in his class. I can't see him before class becuase he comes in right when class begins. I can't see him after class because he runs out right afterwards. I can't see him during his office hourse because he doesn't show up. I don't think he cares about us at all."

It has to be the same word begining with "c" but depending on where the stress is used in the word it changes the meaning, I would also like to know about other words that dont have to begin with "c" and are also the same word but the stress changes their meaning. Examples of this are: ADress and adRESS the upper case letters show where the stress is used, where one is the noun and the other is the verb.

I know a few people (more like children) who have this same speech problem. Their "R's" sound more like "W's". For example, if they say "Car" is sounds more like "Cow". I was wondering if there is a specific term to this type of speech problem. Also, what causes it? how does it get cured?

I am not making fun of them, but I have always wondered that for 30+ years.
