So, as my luck turned out, i received what i thought was my ticket into a cal state. i did everything from turning in my SAT scores to my transcripts. then i received a decision saying, "congratulations on your admission and you are enrolled for the 2007-2008 year."
Then i called them to ask them a question and they asked me if i had received my admittance letter. I said yes and they then apologized and said it was a mistake. My luck. I laughed when i heard him say it, because that was it, just my luck.

is this sort of thing common? sending out mistaken acceptance letters?

I have been out of school for 3.5 years working in the marketing department for a large company. I am looking at going back to school full time to get my MBA. My GMAT score is 650. I currently live in Texas, but would be willing to relocate for the right program. Does anybody have any recommendations for schools that are best for marketing? Thanks!

Does anyone know if a school administrator is usually on a 10 month pay schedule with taking it over 12 month option, or a 12 month pay schedule. My husband is a teacher and I know they are on 10 month pay schedules with an option to spread it over 12 months, but he just got hired as a VP for a different district and forgot to ask. I'm wondering because he'll be starting March 1st, and it makes a difference in if he gets paid for this summer since he's starting in the middle of the year. We live in California. Thank you.

My high school transcript is flawless, I attended a new High School during tenth grade and received an 'E' for Algrebra for 3 quaters, when I switched schools my math grades went back up to A's and B's. I go to a HS that according to Newsweek, is in the top 0.65%. That's right, 0.65% and it's extremely difficult to be the top 10% for the class rank. When you go do college do they take the consider how competitive your HS is? Also, do they have a certain standard scale for the GPA or do they just use the GPA you receive from your HS?

I have a speech problem and I also have seizures as well as have trouble seeing and have a learning disablialty I have trouble with reading and writing. how do you find out if you have it?
