My name is Adam. I am a first year student at a community college and my tuition and other expenses book, supplies, etc. are paid entirely by financial aid. However after the first day of school I became very ill with pnemonia and I have not yet been able to go back since. I have missed a total of 6 class days. Will financial aid make me pay them back if I fail any of these classes? and will they award me any financial aid next semester if I fail any of these classes? I heard that since it is awarded by the school that if you transfer to a different school you will be awarded by income alone and not by previous gpa and preformance in school i would also like to know if this is true? and last but not least is there anything I can do in these special circumstances? thank you for the help!

for english i have to read a few paragraph about one of the following:

-why has Romeo and Juliet endured, why is it timeless, or, in other words why do we still read/act/watch Shakespeare?
-plays are intended for the stage. Should we read them as literature? why or why not?
-why do playwrights write plays rather than other forms of literature?
-why would a playwright reveal the ending at the onset of the play?

no matter which question i do, i need three main supporting ideas to answer the question. each idea needs to be able to be made in a paragraph complete with examples from the book.

Any ideas for the three main topics???

i am 17 and i goto a high school and theres this black teacher....well there 2 of them...one is about 25 and the other prolly 27 or so and i like them i mean damnnnn these teachers got the whole package if u know what i mean hahahaha...should i try to be frens with them then start flirting....and u know whats next ;)

I am currently a grad student at ND finishing up my Master's. I was recruited to the school and given a scholarship. However, I completed my undergrad degree at a less prestigous state school. I feel the students and professors are incredibly arrogant. The students are also very lazy and have a tremendous sense of entitlement. Students drive Escalades. Additionally, the quality of my fellow students and professors is below what I experienced at the state school I received my B.S. from.

I took a class last year called Film Editing which was supposed to teach us how to use editing software like Final Cut Pro and teach us the basics to editing video. Instead, with my luck, I had a crazy teacher who thought we should spend the entire class socializing and talking about what are favorite movies were. By the 8th week we still didn't learn a thing or even use editing software even once so I decided to drop the class and focus on the other 4 classes I was taking that term. Back then I wasn't even thinking of graduate school so I didn't think twice about dropping and getting a "W," but now I'm worried that it's gonna look bad on my transcript for Grad School.
Do I need to write why I dropped it in my personal statement and if so, how can I be polite about saying it was the teacher's fault. And do you think this will be a huge problem, especially since it was an elective course within my major (i ended up taking a film theory class instead).
