Living life as a passive observer, being unnoticed, being on the sidelines.
Feels kinda sad and melancholic, doesn't it?
Like what a vampire would do, moving quietly through the world.

For me, it means to do your best for the good of others, without boasting about your good deeds or not expecting praise. Self-satisfaction with quietly helping others is it's own reward.

I think it describes a person that does not create a stir of any kind,mabey stealth or shy,definitely reserved and the word quitely means that they dont want be heard or reserved
