consider: dried apple=x kg : dried apricots= y kg
so: 6x+8y=7.2*20 and x+y=20
then: x=8; y=12

answer: dried apple: 8kg; dried apricots: 12kg

Math is only obtained by working out. So just take 5 mins off and visit this link and I swear you'll never have problems with MIXTURES ans ALLIGATIONS.
