sounds like something from IPC semester 1. blegh.

1) What do you mean by rotation?

2) okay, since the law of machines or whatever says:
E * De = R * Dr (effort times distance of effort equals resistance times distance of resistance)

so

E= (R*Dr)/De
substitute
E= (900N * 2m)/15m ---length is De, height is Dr
E= (1800 Nm)/15m --- meters cancel out
E= 120 N

3) MA for an inclined plane is
MA=De/Dr
so
Dr=De/MA
so, substitute. length is De. MA is 8.
Dr=280 m/8
Dr= 35 m

1) distance = how far the lever has to go.
forces = how hard the lever has to be pushed or w/e
