I know you need to find the common factors of 18x^2 and -14, and I know them, but for some reason I just can't get the answer, can anyone help?

Reading these questions and answers, I estimate (albeit not scientifically) that about 80 to 90% of people posting here are poor spellers (not to mention grammatically challanged). Is it because they can't, or because they don't care? After all, there is a spell checking function readily available.....

My son is waiting to be assessed for dyspraxia but his doctors think it is very likely,he is 4 1/2 and still cant speak,he has been seeing a speech and language therapist since he waas around 2 but still no great progress has been made and we are now teaching him makaton.he will be starting a special school in august and hopefully with the help and support he`ll receive there he will make some improvement.

I have asked several professionals if he will speak and they`re answers are always rather vague,so i was just wondering if he will ever speak and i`m starting to feel rather anxious now,advice apreciated,thankyou.

he refuses to read a chapter in a biology book about it because he does not believe in it. I feel strongly that he needs to understand what the theory is even if he does not agree with it. I feel so strongly that i have grounded him until he reads the chapter and and then discuss it. he thinks this is unfair. i am interested in hearing what other people think about my position.

It's just out of curiosity, though. I have an old Italian globe that my grandma's friend accidentally left at my house, a week before he died. It looks like a regular globe and has all the right continents ( which are the only things in English). Except there's a continent that connects North America and Asia. I went on to translating sites and searched the web, but I have no idea what it is. Anyone have any suggestions or know anything about it?

I am really interested in being a foriegn exchange student but have a hit a couple problems.
1.I know my parents love me, but they tend to be just a tad bit overprotective. I need a way to prove to them that this would be a good experiance for me. If anyone knows of any good statistical websites please help!
2. The price....I make straight A's, and am in all Pre-Ap courses, but somehow i dont think that will be enough to pay for these 8,000 dollar courses...if you know of any org. that offer scholarships please let me know.
