Does anyone know what the NJ RN state board test is like? Is it mainly about standard precautions?

a lot of the nclex questions are prioritizing questions. example- which patient do you see first when starting your shift? a) the patient who's in acute respiratory distress b) the patient who's rating their pain level 8/10 c)the patient who keeps getting out of bed alone without using call bell d) the patient who's having trouble getting the tv remote to work. most of my questions were triaging questions like this one.
