This November, I was diagnosed with depression, and ever since than, things have been really rocky for me.
One of the topics, school. I go to a small school, but my parents are worried that I might have to repeat the eighth grade because I'm constantly out of school, be it to see a doctor, or to go get a new bottle of anti-depressant pills.
I'm thinking that since I get really nerveous in crowds, homeschool might be better for me personally and academically, since my Dad is honestly quite a good teacher. But my parents are probably going to say no, because they think I'm trying to get an exscuse to get out of school, plus, to them, homeschooling probably seems like climbing mount everest right now.
How should I properly show them how homeschooling would be better for me?

I just returned from a grad school interview in which I met with 8 different faculty members for approximately 30 minutes each. Should I write a personal than you note to each faculty member I met with, or only the ones I am most interested in working with? Also, if I do write 8 different emails, do I need to tailor each one to that particular interview, or can I make it a sort of form thank you email?

Here's what I got from my local news website:
Wind chill advisory remains in effect until 12 pm est Monday.
A wind chill advisory remains in effect until 12 pm est Monday.
Temperatures will fall between 5 and 10 below zero overnight. These bitterly cold temperatures will combine with winds of 10 to 15 mph to cause wind chill reading to approach 25 degrees below zero. Wind chills values will remain near 20 below zero into monday morning before temperatures start to climb.
A wind chill advisory means that very cold air and strong winds will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you must venture outdoors, make sure you wear a hat and gloves.

For example, I go to a private school that has a strong emphasis on writing. It is considered the second best school in Houston by most accounts. So, how would my 3.0, compare to a 3.4 say from one of the lower ranked undergraduate schools that had really easy standards for getting in in the first place? Will my GPA be inflated against those schools?

When I started School I started in New York, were I got my associates degree in Liberal arts, then I went to another college were I started off as a History Major, then I ened up leaving to move with my family to Florida. Once in Florida I started going to a collage as a History major but finding what I had oringly aimed to do with my degree in New York is not something I want to do here in Florida. Not only that but I dislike the deparment of history set up here. Now I have no idea as to what I plan on doing with my life, but am wondering if I should first try and get some medican and get over my anxiety disorder then, either complet this one smester , which I am only taking one class since its all I could get into, or withdrawl from it, and meet with some career counselor and then go back to College ( even a Community One)?

Mr Leblanc has been missing for a couple of days. We think he burrowed the mechinical books to fix his car. While he was fixing his car, it was dark and raining and he bonked his head on the car. He caught a cold and he didn't know it. Later, he went to the francophone festival. There he met with a storm and he got really sick. But he had to still go to the saint boniface festival. There he got so sick he began to have visions of aliens. After that he got sent to the emergency in the hospital. He was so sick he forgot to call the school, that's why he had been missing for so long.

PLEASE HELPPPP THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!1

it is going to be up to -20 wind chill, and they have not closed any college campuses....

you MUST walk several football fields length to get to any building from the parking lot, dorm, etc. also, there are many who walk from their apartments and houses.

not to mention, the campus is on a hill & is always much colder than the surrounding area...

it is a safety issue... frost bite...

by the way, there are almost 500 school closings of high schools, etc. in the area.

what does it take!!!!???? how freaking cold does it have to be???

Why do the 12 months of the year have as many days as they do..example: January (31days)- February (28 days) etc...Isn't there some sort of way to make each month have the same amount of days?

It seems twelve, thirty day months would be practical and easier to keep track of.
