"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take." I was wondering if I should even bother trying to ask this girl out and somebody said this and I thought it was awesome. I had heard it before but I know I really get how you can apply it life.

It's a great quote. If you don't take any chances in life, you never know what you might be missing. Ask the girl out, the worst she can say is no...and then you can move onto the next one...

The quote certainly advises you what to do; you'll never know what her answer will be unless you ask. In other words, if you don't ask you won't even know whether you had a chance or not. So take the bull by its horns and ask her out.

think of it like basket ball. If you don't take the shot. What's the chance of you making it? 0. If you do take the shot. What's the chance of you making it? at least 1% or higher ..that's better than nothing.

that is quite motivational......you may screw up 99.5% of all the shots you do take.....but you will miss 100% of the ones you don't....there is always that 0.05% chance that life won't turn back around and kick you in the butt!!! NOW THATS MOTIVATION!!!
