Watch for your Student Aid Report - It should tell you what the feds and state will give you for money.
You should also contact the Financial Aid Office to determine if there are scholarships that you can be applying for. They will probably tell you, "Yes, you apply with the FAFSA." But sometimes there are others - you can probably find on the college website.
You should also contact the department of your major to find out if the department offers scholarships, and if so, find out where to get the application, the deadline, etc.
Keep all your financial aid offers from your various colleges, and compare them. Then you can decide which school is the best value for your goals.
Good luck!

Getting through the FAFSA is the first step and be proud of yourself for getting through all the steps. I remember how tricky parts of it can be. There are a few things you can do next.
First, look into scholarships available in your area. You can also look for some in your state or national. However, I found that area scholarships where people know you work better. Also, check and see what scholarships are available at your college(s).
Next, if you have already completed your college applications but haven't chosen one, get in touch with the schools. Talking to the admissions boards and going in for interviews help. The people in admissions like to put a face with a name. If you haven't finished your applications, work on them. Talk to your teachers about recommendations. Also, talk to your guidance counselor about getting it all together.
The only other thing I can say to do is relax a little and focus on your school work. Colleges want to see that you kept up your grades all the way to the end. Even after you've been accepted a college can revoke the acceptance, but it's not likely to happen. Make sure you're not stressing out too much. If you find that you are, take a break and have some fun with your friends or family, or even take some time to read a good book.
