I know that they are round because the lid won't fall in. A square on won't work because at a diagonal, the lid can fall, but is the same true for a triangle? What about other shapes?

When writing a date, i.e., "April 13, 2006," is a comma required after the year in all instances or are there situations where it is not necessary. I thought the year was always enclosed with a paren after the day and after the year. Thank you

Could a graduate student be admitted into a program (say, Strayer), take a few classes, then transfer to a higher ranking school?

Would it be better to take a few courses on a non-degree basis then apply to the higher ranking schools after boosting my GPA and experience?

I'm so conflicted. I decided to come to UC Davis because I thought that once I got in I had to go. Now I'm realizing the costs and its just my general education.
