Mollusk,mollusc-refer to oysters,snails,clams,mussels etc etc Crustaceans-lobsters,crabs,shrimps crawfish,etc etc S Saltwater inveterbraes-squid,octopus Thats what these different sea creatures are called by.All the edible creatures from the sea can be just labelled seafood.

Seafood would cover ALL of the edible creatures from the sea. Now, if you want to group them under seafood, you have things like crustaceans, bivalves, fish...

Well, it depends. I mean, if it's a fish, then it would all fall under fish. But if it's crab, lobster, shrimp, etc.... then you would probably want to say shellfish.
