I have to teach a private EFL(English foreign language) class using a science book. Does anyone have a bright idea to make the lesson interesting, please? It's about forces and pulleys. I checked every EFL site and I could not find a thing.

If your looking for something humorous to demonstrate the science of pulleys and stuff, perhaps u could use some of the illustrations found at this website http://www.rube-goldberg.com/

This rube guy made the funniest cartoons and they';re scientifictly accurate or at least appear so.

Do you have any equipment such as pulleys or spring scales?
If not, you could try to set up a demonstration of your own. The more supporting ropes you have the greater your mechanical advantage of using the pulley. It would help if I knew the age of your students, the size of your class and what materials you have to work with. Can you let me know?
