I'm referring to the plural noun of the word "thief".
Which is correct??? Because I commonly see both ways. I wrote "thiefs" in an e-mail that I sent to a friend of mine last night. I have the horrible feeling that I incorrectly spelled this.

Are there any words to replalce "Ignorance?" A more positive word.?

My Origianl is " My ignorance of collge preparation is replaced with..." "Ignorance" is too negative for my personal statement but I cant think of or find others words to replace it. Thx for helping!

Universities?

I am a very good student and was wondering what universities I should apply to. I have a 3.94 GPA, good test scores, etc. I am a shoe- in for a lot of colleges but I won't get into a Harvard or Princeton. I want to go to big city type colleges but it is not a must. I would really appreciate some suggestions. Right now I am applying to Michigan State, Purdue (both of which I should get into), Universtiy of Michigan (probably will get in), NYU and Notre Dame.
