The boy was named David Rothenberg, his father who dosed him with kerosenne during a custody dispute with his ex-wife was David Rothenberg, he was rearrested in 2001 in Oakland for trying to torch a neighbors apartment , and he was also arrested in 96 in San Francisco for attempted murder but was aquitted.
