Im in 12th grade and have the skills needed to play Division 1 baseball. I couldnt get recruited because of reasons which were out of my control. My varsity coach is a dip s-h-i-t and plays favorites

Have you registered with the NCAA database? Also have you tried emailing the coaches at the colleges you are interested in? It may or may not be so late. I am not sure how far they start looking for baseball. If anything, if you have newspaper clips or articles about you and your playing ability, you might want to photocopy or find the links to send to the coaches to catch their attention after registering with the database.

That depends on what grade your in and how good you are in that sport, but I would say that its never to late.
