I haven't written a paper in FOREVER and I'm sure I forget some of the rules. Can I do this: " ' In all species of animals...' Connections are..."

Basically, the writer of the essay I'm referring to used a quote. I'm quoting THAT but also a bit of the material that follows...Make sense?

Thanks for any input. I burned my copy of Strunk & White, Wilder? Whomever, long ago. I guess I should have thought ahead. :)

Can I improve my GMAT Score?

I just took my GMAT today, and I was very dissapointed in my score. Take in mind that I didn't do any practice exams before the exam. During the exam I took too long on the Quant section and ended up having to guess about 15 of the questions. I recieved a score of 510. Do you think I could improve by 200 points? Do you think that's a bad score out of 800? Any suggestions on how to improve?

How do I get that initial motivation to study?

I'm a high school student, and just looking for some tips on getting some motivation to study. I'm a good student, and receive relatively good grades, but I have great difficulty is being able to just sit down and study. Thanks again for your help.

Yahoo answers - just a way of getting homework done for free??

I have come across alot of questions that are very clearly homework....is it okay for young people to get "help" this way?? Or is is just a cop out??

And in the long run will produce alot of people with not alot of knowledge of what they should know....If understanding of information could be guaranteed then I wouldnt have a problem with this...I know that when exams come they wont know it and thats not right

Maybe its just the internet itself - information is at your fingertips....

If you are occupying in history major or careers/ plz help?

I'm doing a research project about history major and careers, and i need to ask several questions with someone who is occupying in history. Please help me to answer these questions if you could, and I'll appreciate your respond.
