How do I get that initial motivation to study?

I'm a high school student, and just looking for some tips on getting some motivation to study. I'm a good student, and receive relatively good grades, but I have great difficulty is being able to just sit down and study. Thanks again for your help.

It's the weekend! Enjoy at least one day without thinking of school at all, then crack the books sunday night like the rest of us...
