a projectile is fired upward from the ground with an initial velocity of 844ft.per/sec.Assume that the height of the projectile @ any time t can be describe by the given polynomial function.P(t)=-16t^2+844t. find the height of the projectile at each given time. 3 secs.I have ( 2388), 6 sec.(4488), 9sec.(6300) and 11 sec. (7348). explain why the height changes at time passes. ( as time increases,a poly. of degree 2 and neg. coefficient of t^2 increases,reaches a maxium and then decreases. object hit the ground a sec.( 53 sec.)

i need to get help on how to do this. I dont fully understand but to multiply each sec. by the t's. and then I'm lost.. please help

I am wondering how the GMAT scores are calculated. For example - A 700 score means that you got 3 wrong on the math, and 4 wrong on the verbal and your written score was 5.
Some kind of breakdown would prove most helpful.

Is it true that if earning a D or F in an "a-g" course, and once I repeat the course with a grade of C or better. The original D or F grade will not be included in the GPA calculation, and the new grade will be used?? Or are both grades going to be computed into my overall GPA?? regarding the universities

I want to know the word for this, but I can't figure it out. I am sure there is a word.
For example, if you are a depressed person with a life full of worries, and you write poems. Your poems help you forget about your horrible life. What would you call writing those poems? Something like they are a haven for you?

I know that the MLA prefers underlining, but it does not mention italicizing titles from what I have read. Is it correct, according to the MLA handbook, to italicize instead of underlining? Are they equivalent when punctuating titles of longer works?
