should conversation be encouraged in today's school environment?

~~~umm,,,gee I would think so,,,,,you need to have class discussions and debates in order to understand your lessons,,,still kind of dont know what you mean exactly,,,conversation encouraged?? would be hard to go to school and no be allowed to talk dont you think?

I'm not sure if it should be encouraged, but it shouldn't be outlawed. School isn't just for learning, it's for social interaction.
