An ad poped up and it was a Tickle Test ad. It's safe. I tried the test 11 pages and all, bear with it.

http://web.tickle.com/tests/uiq/index-pop.jsp?sid=&supp=&z=

And my result is 120 IQ with mathematical and logical skills. Perhaps some people think it's silly to compare a test's IQ to the real deal. But back to the point:

What is an average person's IQ?

P.S: Try the test! It's quite educational!

A widow and a widower married- they each have a daughter from different marriages.I teach them both. yesterday the couple had a son. Both girls are terrified and insecure that they wont be accepted anymore. Its been heartbreaking enough for them already.what can i as a teacher do to help them to deal with this?

I already told them that, we must wait to see how their parents handle the situation, but for now, everyone will pay attention to the baby-that's normal.trouble is that the child is a boy and in India-that can spell disaster for these precious girls...boys are considered a gift of God here and girls are just plain trash in MANY families.

I really want to help them.PLZ some serious advice.....

Is it proper to say, "The project will be complete on tomorrow"? It drives me nuts, but I see it so often that I'm starting to wonder if that's the correct use of language.

we are currently suffering with scolarist, with soggy overcooked veg, procesed chicken and generally poor quality, bad tasting food - with little regard for the cultural make up of our diverse students. As all of our students are physically disabled and are often in and out of hospital thus their diet is even more important. The deserts are all fat and suger and have little or no nutritional value, food dye is common place with pizzas staining plates and very sorry sausages. our contract with the burger king company is up shortly and i would desperatley like an alternative. Cost is an issue with money having to come from somewhere, but the present situation has shown many broken promises and declining standards. i would like any suggestions, we have an onsite kitchin and about 90 children with varius needs, the staff would also eat if the food was good adding another 30-60 covers per day.
are their specialist caterers? are our numbers sufficient?
could we go inhouse? is there hope?

How are we meant to bring children up with wonderful imaginations when everything that can inspire them is being banned? Even if some references in the book could be taken in a different way to how they are meant, surely it is better to let the children see this rather than shelter them until they reach the big bad world of grown ups? There is nobody there to shelter you then so I say let the children read all the amazing books that have been banned like 'To Kill a Mockingbird' and 'James and the Giant Peach'. Who agrees? If not, what are your views?

There is a word that I have heard but can't think of right now. What do they call it when a police officer follows you around waiting for you to do something wrong? I know it, but it slips my mind at the moment. Its not legal, but some cops do it.
