If you're looking for prefix and base, and not syllables, it's dia (two) and logue (to speak).

Canonical means orthodox and authoritative, as in the Church canon. Its antonym is prohibited.

An antonym is "the opposite of". Think of the word "anti". So in this case it's "order".

The Greek prefix would be "dia", then "logue."

Not sure about the last one, but my guess would be "prohibited," in that "canonical" would indicate a collection of some sort, probably available for public consumption (think Pachelbel's 'Canon in D').
