I'm writing my transfer admission essay for Marietta College. The essay topic is "What motivated you to apply to transfer, and what do you hope to accomplish at Marietta College?". I have had an absolutely horrible experience here at Ohio University. I can't think of one single thing that has gone right here. I don't think the admissions committie would think it appropriate for me to say the actual things that have happened to me here that have motivated me to transfer. Example: people don't always use correct terminology..
Here's some words often used..
Like = lyke, lyk
Yes = yea, yh, ys
Why = y
People = ppl, pls, peeps, pepl

And more..but why not spell most words how they're meant to be spelt, I mean..some are the same amount of words! What's the point :)

You might think I'm petty or something but..it's just irritating to see thoes deliberate incorrect terms!

Example sentence:

She told me that the other day a bigger boy aged 8 or 9 told her that he knew a place where there was an orange tree and he asked her to go with him to eat oranges.
