7000 calories EXTRA must be burned, or 7000 calories less eaten. 3500 calories = 1 pound.

I would think body mass index.A 7000 calorie deduction is for a much larger person, so is 5000. I would think 2500 calories, but check with your doctor. Losing more than 2 pounds a week will, or could mess up your body, and it will come right back on, probably more then you started out with.

Exercise and eat only boil chicken breast or any thing steamed no fatty or oily foods and you'll lose more than 2 lbs in a week
