September has 3 vowels, all e's. The vowels are a, e, i, o, and u. The consonants are the rest of the letters. s,p,t,m,b,r =6 consonants.
There are 3 vowels, all e's.

The same as it is with any other month or day (and you didn't say how many are there in THE WORD September and I'm presuming that you just failed to put the "s" in upper case as is fitting for a proper noun just as you failed to capitalize the beginning of your sentence).
