I was wondering if you have to take any kind of test once you transfer High School's? I'm gonna transfer to a new high school and I'm worried that I might have to take a test. I don't do very well on tests but I do really good on homework or w/e I must complete; I really freak out on tests and I fail most of them even thou' I know I can do the problems on the test. I just don't wanna get held back by some shitty test that pretty much says where you are in school. I can do tests that teachers give out but when it comes to somethin' that resembles SAT or ACT or some sort of Standarized test.. my brain pretty much dies on me.

I've been teaching for 8 years. Each year it gets tougher and tougher. But, I can't see myself doing anything else. What is the one thing you wish a teacher could do for your child? Have you ever met a person who you know shouldn't be anywhere near kids let alone be a teacher? Believe me I have!

Hello,
I am planning on going back to school next semester, hopefully. The thing is that the last time I was in college(2yr) they took my financial aid away due to poor academic fulfillment and too many withdraws. I am planning on tranferring to another college(4yr), the things is that I dont have a job at the moment and I dont have financial aid, now my questions are: 1) Could I still apply for financial aid at the other instutution and actually get it? 2)Are there any loans that dont require me to have a job or good credit or to fill out the FAFSA? Thank you for your help before hand.

I wonder if anyone feels the same. What is wrong with me? It seems like I've become completely obsessed with killing myself over the grades I had for Fresh, Sop. Junior year. There really isn't anything to be so proud about, I have high ambitions but I am my own biggest dissapointment. What if I don't even get accepted into State? My average GPA is a 3.2, I had a 2.5 overall last year, I'm not really happy. I feel sooooo insecure right now
