Distilled water is made by boiling it and catching the vapor in a container. It is very clean. The only natural saline water I know about is ocean water, and some springs have saline water. Saline is salt water.

almost all water has natural saline (salt or Sodium Chloride) in it. Distilled water has some salt in it. A saline solution on the other hand denotes a mixture of saline and water, thus the amount of saline in solution varies by strength or amount of saline added to the water

Distilled water tastes yucky and contains no minerals unlike natural saline or as we say in the medical field "normal saline" contains saline which is the same as our pH in our bodies. Normal saline is used for hydration and is given IV. Saline is also present in eye drops.

Distilled water is pure water with no other things in it, like the minerals that it normally has dissolved in it. Normal saline has an amount of salt in it that is normally in the water in the body.

Distilled water lacks minerals.
Saline contains sodium which makes it compatible with bodily fluids. In the hospital we infuse 0.9% normal saline IV if someone needs fluids. I a person has too much sodium but needs fluids, we will give them 0.45% saline. We also cleanse wounds with 0.9% normal saline.
Saline is also used for tears or to eyewash.
