Whenever i take any kind of test at school, i just can't clear my head. How can i improve my focus and just concentrate on what i am doing?

Learn some relaxation techniques:
deep breathing
meditation before and
avoid caffeine before the test - enjoy it after wards
Talk to a therapist or counselor!

stretch before the test to get blood flowing; focus on the reward for accomplishing the test w/ full concentration (ex. great steak after test or game of basketball) just b careful not to overdo it

Just try to block everything out, so there is no distraction in your thinking, and train your mind to do this every time you have a test.

Put ear plugs in so you can't hear anything?

Sleep well. Eat breakfast.

A raw potato will help memory power.
