A part of my job is involves customer services and i never properly learnt that funny alphabet that customer services people use for spelling out names and addresses clearly e.g. 'a' for alpha 'b' for beta 'e' for echo.... does anyone know the complete list A-Z? it would be really helpful cos I'm too busy at work to find it on the net. I think too many times i've had to say 'b' for banana and 's' for spatula.... Best answer goes to the complete and correct listing. thx!
