it is believed that he dresses in red and comes and gifts every1 on christmas eve. and that is still a small belief and people dresses in red and sings carols. but it is difficult to meet

He is only real in the minds of children because it is exciting for them to go to sleep on christmas eve and waking the next day to find a pile of presents in their socking. In reality adults know different.

Of course he is real!! And so is the tooth fairy, the bogeyman and the sock goblins. You're sister is cruel and mean and should be locked in the cupboard under the stairs for 3 days!!

He is real ....he brings me presents at Christmas, and he drinks the glass of milk I leave for him and eats the cake, he even takes the carrot I leave for Rudolph the Reindeer

Ask your sister what evidence that she has, for example, price tag on toy, sighting of human dressed up as Santa Claus, etc.

depends on how old you are. if you're a kid under 10 then YES!!Santa is real!!!!!
if you're between 10 and 15 then MAYBE?!
if you're a whole lot older then NO, Santa does exist anymore coz he had an "accident". he fell of his sledge into a live volcano a couple years back (i know this coz i pushed him...)
