Every printer has a limited amount of memory where it temporarily stores the page you are printing.... in most printers this memory is very low.... and suppose you a print a very long document, the printer's memory cannot store all the information to print at one go. So what the computer does is it sends the document you are printing in small chunks to the printer. i.e., the computer is spooling the doucments to be printed. oops sorry, wrote the wrong explanation, anyway what I wrote above is something commonly used....

And what you asked was actually, when you print two documents one after another before the first one completes, the computer (the spooler - don't confuse yourself too much - the spooler does this also) queues the documents, so that they will print one after the other.... or something like this
