Yesterday I asked a similar question about the phrase "three sheets to the wind".

But actually, the version that I've heard and used involves "four sheets". Is there a difference in meaning for you between these two expressions (i.e. "three sheets to the wind" and "four sheets to the wind")?

If I use another author's quote as a quote for something I need and it is something that neither of us said and I use his citation of the quote in my own bibliography, is that plagiarism?

Basically, I was reading an article and want to use a quote from a guy from 1906 in my article, but there's no way I'm going to get a hold of that publication. Can I use the quote and the citation of the source without giving the 'researcher' ( the article I actually read) any credit?

Hello,

I have been admitted to the Univ of Texas Austin MPA program and have recieved scholarships as well. I am looking to establish a career in corp finance, Investment mgmt. etc. Anyone who has attended/ knows anything about the program? How is it viewed by prospective employers?
