A group of friends and I are going to New York City and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to eat a nice dinner. Somewhere not too expensive (but not cheap either somewhere in the middle) because I don't want to put anyone on the spot if they don't want to spend alot of money. There are way to many restaurants to choose from and no way to know what is good. Thanks!!

Hello! My friends and I are travelling to New York for a holiday, and would like to get some advice on where to get the best food in Chinatown, bearing in mind that most of them are Chinese from China. Which restaurants would you recommend? Thanks a lot!

I've heard about mean servers, cash only, and maybe a minimum charge? I was hoping to go for a late night snack on Christmas as a tourist. Please fill me in.

I never paid attention before and have have always tipped on the final total, but I am throwing a large party for a friend soon, and in this case it will make a big difference. What do you think?

Looking for something off the beaten path that locals love. We've done the "tourist" places in the past. Italian, steak, what's the best place in Manhattan?

I have to schedule a business lunch introduction and meeting for three people. Two are from out of state and one works at 52 Chambers Street (Dept of Education). The two from out of state are taking the third to lunch to try to interest her in supporting our business. Where would be convenient and quiet enough? It doesn't need to be cheap, but we are a relatively small non-profit so it shouldn't be outlandish. I want to make reservations.

I'm looking to buy my in-laws a gift certificate for a nice place in New york City where they can have a nice dinner and do some dancing. My in-laws are in their 50's. The type of music should not be salsa or swing. I need a place where people in their 50's will really enjoy themsleves with good food, good music, and a fun atmosphere. Thanks.

My friend and I want to eat before we go to Radio City. We don't want to stray very far, since we're sort of pressed for time, but we have about two hours, and we're looking to spend around $10-$15 a meal.
