Im looking for a moderately priced restaurant with a decent atmoshphere in manhattan that i can get a somewhat healthy meal in. Preferably a salad or some grilled fish or chicken.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. :)

It's been a while since I lived there but a great restaurant with healthy food is Nosmo King, in TriBeCa. The spot serves what could be defined as haute health food.

If you like seafood and have never been to Aquagrill in Soho, you should go. It's not too expensive and you can bring your own wine if you want....they have some there too. It's a cute little place and the food is delicious! Here's the website

W Hotel times square has a good salad and nice environment
