Have you ever caught a co-worker or employee tampering with customers food?

I've been a chef for over 20 years. Within that time I have never worked with anyone that had thought of or commited such disgusting acts to an order like I've been reading here or seen on that stupid movie! So, I'm curious if anybody has actually seen this activity and what did you do?
I think for myself, I would probably get violent and beat the living sh** out of you (if I don't stab you first)

Should people be allowed to sue fast food restaurants for causing obesity?

So I'm wondering what people might come up with. Please feel free and help!
In my opinion it isn't the restaurant's fault at all.
People make choices. It's sort of the same with tobaccos.
